Withdrawals & Winning Money
Genuinely the best on this list, and we'll say so.
- ⏱ Crypto: processed immediately. An actual published answer, which almost nobody else here manages
- 🏦 Bank transfer: up to 3 business days, and they tell you to chase support past that
- 📉 Limits: no maximum withdrawal at all. Each coin has a small minimum and network fee, both shown before you confirm
- 🔒 Funds: clause 9.1 commits to holding player money in segregated accounts and wallets, separate from the business. Rare, and worth knowing
The catch is the one we found at Gamdom too, and Stake states it three separate times - 8.1(d), 8.5 and 8.10 all require you to wager 100% of your deposit before withdrawing it. Fiat and crypto both. Deposit, change your mind, and you're playing it through first.
Safety & Licensing
- 🏛 Licence: Curacao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1451/0918, held by Medium Rare N.V. (reg. 145353), with payments run through two Cypriot subsidiaries
- ⚖ Governing law: Curacao, exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts
- 🔒 Segregated player funds, 2FA, passkey login, SSL
- 🚫 No independent adjudicator. Clause 13.1 is blunt: management's decision on any dispute is final and "shall not be open to review or appeal"
Curacao is a real regulator and the 2024 overhaul tightened it. But it isn't the UKGC, and there is nobody sitting above Stake you can take a complaint to.
Bonuses
- 🚫 Welcome bonus: none. Nothing at all for signing up
- 🏆 VIP Club: the entire offer, and it's volume-gated
- 💰 Rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, level-up payouts, reloads higher up
No bonus at the door and no wagering maze is refreshing. But look at what it actually takes:
- Bronze: $10,000 wagered
- Silver: $50,000
- Gold: $100,000
- Platinum: $250,000 up to $25 million
- Diamond: $25 million+
Ten grand through the machines before the first tier. That's not a criticism exactly - it's honest about being a volume programme - but anyone reading "rakeback" and picturing money back from day one should know where the ladder actually starts.
Reputation Signals
- 📈 The biggest crypto casino in the world, running since 2017, sponsoring F1 and the UFC
- ⚠️ In February 2025 Stake stopped operating in Great Britain after its white-label partner TGP Europe gave up the licence following a Gambling Commission investigation. The Commission then warned Everton, its shirt sponsor, that club officers could face prosecution for promoting an unlicensed operator (Guardian, New York Times)
- ⚖ Stake is also defending civil litigation in the United States over its marketing. It disputes the claims
None of that tells you whether your withdrawal lands - and ours would, instantly. It does tell you this is an operator that attracts regulatory attention.
Games Quality
- 🎰 Slots from Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, Relax, PG Soft, Games Global, Twist and VoltEnt
- 🎲 Stake Originals - their own provably fair games, verifiable on their fairness page
- 🃏 Live casino from Evolution and Pragmatic Play - the two studios that actually matter, including Lightning Roulette
- ⚽ Full sportsbook: football, basketball, tennis, NFL, NHL, baseball, esports, racing, with live streaming
- 🏭 They run their own studio and vendor platform, so part of the catalogue is built in-house
RTP & Fairness
This is the section that decides the score, so read it properly.
Clause 10.5 of Stake's own terms reserves the right to adjust the house edge of any slot at their sole discretion and without prior notice. It then says that if the house edge and the RTP displayed in the game disagree, you should contact support - and that they accept no liability whatsoever if you placed a bet relying on the figure you were shown.
Read that twice. The RTP printed on a slot is the single number a player uses to judge a game. This clause says it may be wrong, may change without warning, and is not something you can rely on.
The Stake Originals are provably fair and you can verify those yourself - that part is genuinely strong. For the third-party slots, 10.5 is doing an enormous amount of work, and almost nobody playing there has read it.
Experience Quality
- 🌐 Huge reach: 21 coins, around 25 fiat currencies as display balances, local deposit rails from Nigeria to Vietnam
- 💳 Fiat runs through third-party processors - cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, PIX - and converts to crypto, since every transaction settles in coin
- 🔒 A Vault for parking funds away from your betting balance
- 🛡 Proper responsible gambling tooling: a published self-exclusion policy, Stake Smart, and a budget calculator that sets a monthly limit from your income
- 🤔 One oddity: they publish deposit guides for Ireland and Poland, both of which clause 14.3 bans outright. Worth checking your own country in the terms rather than trusting a how-to page
Support Quality
- 💬 24/7 live chat once you're logged in - the best support setup of anything on this list
- 📧 support@stake.com for everything else
- 👥 An official community forum, which is unusual and genuinely useful
- ⚠️ Clause 6.3 lets them close your account if they judge your behaviour toward staff abusive or derogatory. Reasonable in principle, entirely their call in practice
- 🚫 No ADR, no ombudsman. 13.1 again: final, no appeal
VIP Club, Rakeback & The Vault
- 🪜 Six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum I-VI, Diamond I-V, gated purely on amount wagered
- 💰 Rakeback at every level, improving as you climb
- 🎁 Weekly and monthly bonuses sized on recent play, plus level-up payouts
- 👔 A dedicated VIP host from Platinum IV ($2.5M wagered)
- 🏦 The Vault for storing funds away from your playing balance
Stake describes one perk as money back on losses each time you level up. Which is a tidy way of saying the programme pays you most attention exactly when you're losing fastest. It's the most generous loyalty scheme here if you're a genuine high-volume player, and close to irrelevant if you're not.
Brand Authority
- 🧩 Own platform, own originals, own game studio. Nothing white-label about it
- 📄 The terms are detailed and specific, which is the only reason we could find 10.5 at all. Plenty of operators hide behind vagueness instead
- ⚠️ Clause 3.4 lets them amend the terms at any time without advance notice, and continued use counts as agreement
Legal & Terms
- ⚠️ 10.5 - house edge adjustable without notice, no liability for a wrong RTP display. The one to read
- ⚠️ 100% of every deposit must be wagered before withdrawal (8.1d, 8.5, 8.10)
- ⚠️ 13.1 - management's decision on any dispute is final and not open to review or appeal
- ⚠️ Multiple accounts means all of them closed and the funds retained (4.9, 4.10)
- ⚠️ Terms change without advance notice (3.4); unclaimed bonuses expire at 60 days (12.10)
- 🔒 On the other side: segregated player funds (9.1) and a published self-exclusion policy
GEO Experience
- 🚫 Clause 14.3 lists 45 prohibited jurisdictions, including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovakia, Serbia, Israel, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Ontario, the United States - and Curacao itself
- 🔒 They actively look for VPNs, IP masking and run blockchain analysis (5.1g). Getting caught is a breach, and breaches let them void bets and hold funds
- 🌍 Most of regulated Europe is on that list. Check clause 14.3 before you sign up, not after
Final Verdict
Play here if: you want instant uncapped crypto payouts, the widest game and sports range going, and you bet enough volume for rakeback to mean something.
Don't bother if: you're in one of the 45, you want somewhere independent to appeal to, or you want the RTP on screen to be a promise rather than a suggestion.
