Two Malta companies, and the register joins them itself: Kserol P.L.C. holds the B2C licence players actually play on, MGA/B2C/1031/2023, Kindred IP Limited holds MGA/B2B/1022/2023 and appears on Kserol's licence as an approved service provider - and both give a kindredgroup.com contact address. Same floor of the same building in Sliema, too.

Not checked yet: Unibet's Malta site prints 'Rol Malta ltd' as the operator while the MGA seal it links to names Kserol P.L.C., on the same licence number. We have not established which is current. Kindred has historically operated through Trannel International Ltd, which appears in nothing we hold. FDJ United's acquisition of Kindred is not mentioned by any regulator we have pulled.
